Mach1 Automotive Ltd. was established back in the middle of 2016 by Andy & Lynsey. Andy has been a car fanatic since he was 17 when his hobby was stripping down and renovating cars in his Dads garage at home. Since then he has built up nearly 20 years experience working in the motor trade and has worked for a number of franchised dealers over those years. He was for several years the service manager for a major dealer for Seat, Citroen, Vauxhall and has worked with all major brands including VW, Skoda, Nissan, Toyota etc.

 

Mach1 Automotive was initially established as a mobile servicing and repair operation out of a single Renault Trafic van offering servicing, repairs, breakdown help etc. all over Kent and beyond. The service proved very popular and we have serviced over 300 different customers in that time. 

 

There are however, difficulties in operating a mobile service such as primarily the British Weather, which has sometimes thwarted best efforts to offer a reliable and comprehensive service! But also it severely limited the number of people who can benefit from our ability to offer extremely good value servicing and repairs due to the amount of time we have had to spend travelling - not just to our customers but also to order and collect the right parts.

 

We have now recently opened our own premises in Lordswood, Chatham close to the M2 and M20 motorway network. This now means that we can offer a much more comprehensive and reliable service to our customers.

 

We are 100% committed to customer satisfaction and high-quality service and we back up all our work with a three months labour and one year parts warranty (on parts we supply and fit).  We have full Liability Insurance cover of £5million for your protection.

If you require a maintenance service and your car is still covered by manufacturers warranty we will use original equipment parts and correct specification oil and lubricants. Because we are VAT registered your warranty will remain fully protected.  If your vehicle is not under warranty, we will only use high quality aftermarket parts which will save you money in the long term.  All repairs come with a twelve months PARTS WARRANTY (please note that we cannot fit customer supplied parts for insurance reasons).
